\nThe Survey on New Technologies and the Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Greek Hotels 2026<\/strong> is currently underway, assessing the level of digital maturity and technological adoption across the Greek hotel sector, the digital tools and emerging technologies currently in use, as well as how these technologies are being applied in hotel operations.
\n<\/summary>\n

\nThe survey is being conducted through RIT\u2019s newly upgraded CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing) system<\/strong>, which provides a modern, secure and highly user-friendly environment for completing the questionnaire. The system has been designed to ensure the confidentiality of responses and the secure management of data<\/strong>, while also making participation easier for hotels.\n<\/p>\n

\nEach hotel participates through a personalised participation link<\/strong>, which is sent directly to the invited participant and provides quick and easy access to the questionnaire.\n<\/p>\n

\nParticipation from hoteliers has already been particularly high, contributing to the development of a comprehensive and reliable picture of digital transformation and the use of Artificial Intelligence across the Greek hotel sector.\n<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nThe survey, titled \u201cThe Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Operation of Greek Hotels\u201d, was part of a broader European initiative carried out in cooperation with the University of Switzerland and has now been published.<\/a><\/p>\n
